On a monthly basis we have various events, outreaches and opportunities to minister to women in need. We send
email updates with this information. Please contact us to be added to our email list. Please pray for our efforts.
Our passion is to show women they are loved and of precious value.

Meeting Minutes from our May 13 meeting with guest speaker, Nancy Winston, from Shared Hope International,
who spoke on the topic of sex trafficking and the demand that is driving the market. Nancy allowed us to view
Shared Hope International’s explosive new documentary, featuring investigative footage of the dark and hidden
world of sex traffickers, pimps and buyers. DEMAND. exposes the men who buy commercial sex, the vulnerable
women and children sold as commodities, and the facilitators of the sale within the marketplace of exploitation.

Basic Self Defense Class: including Environmental Awareness/Recognition and Victim/Suspect Recall
Saturday morning June 14 or Wednesday evening June 18 in Fletcher
This 3 hr class is being offered at a discounted tuition of $30 for friends of On Eagles Wings Ministries. Class
taught by Security by Design (retired law enforcement). Please sign up with Emily if interested.

TRAINING: Hands that Heal: International Curriculum to Train Caregivers of Trafficking Survivors, produced by
Faith Alliance Against Slavery and Trafficking (FAAST).         
Hands That Heal is a comprehensive, Christian curriculum to train global caregivers who are frontline providers of
after care for women, children and men who have been trafficked into the commercial sex industry. The
curriculum is the result of collaboration among more than 40 academicians and field practitioners from diverse
backgrounds and organizations that address the needs of trafficked individuals. SATURDAY MORNING JULY 12

Current Needs:
  • Beauty supplies and bath and body products for future gift bag outreaches to strip clubs. We did another
    one this mothers day weekend to two clubs in the Asheville NC area.
  • Office supplies such as paper, printer ink, labels, envelopes, stamps etc.
  • Bibles for upcoming Jail Ministry this fall.
  • Bottled Water: we put a label on the water with our toll free number and it says to order more spring water
    call. This is a method we use in doing street outreach to women in prostitution. It is something they can
    take with them, but if found by their pimp, would not put them in harm. We tell the girl the number is for help.
  • Financial support for various outreaches, conferences, on-going training etc. We are also raising funds for
    the Hope House vision (a home for women and children victims of sex trafficking and prostitution). Please

  • Volunteers with a passion for hurting women and sharing the love of Christ.
